In contrast, the largest square and rectangular tubes produced in Europe and the United States are typically limited to 400mm400mm12.7mm.

 

High Strength
To reduce weight while enhancing safety features like earthquake and impact resistance, high-strength steel is commonly used in thick-walled square tubes. The material strength has reached limits of 630MPa or even higher, making these tubes highly resilient in structural applications.

The high-temperature performance of these tubes also significantly outperforms that of Q345B, enhancing their suitability for fire-prone environments.
