C17500 cobalt beryllium copper is primarily used in industrial applications requiring exceptional thermal or electrical conductivity. With a cobalt alloying addition of 2.40-2.70%, this alloy maintains good strength and hardness while offering conductivity in the range of 45-60% of pure copper. It features an ultimate tensile strength of up to 140 ksi and a Rockwell hardness of approximately RB 100. Here is an overview of C17500 cobalt beryllium copper alloy tube.
